Usugrow Rebelink?

looking forward to seeing the whole figure.

I was really hoping for a gid or like a purple (clear or solid) but this looks interesting.

 

The black was my favorite and I think the flocking looks like an interesting idea. I wonder what the pants will look like.

 

The blog I was looking at also said something about this being the "final" Rebel Ink. Anyone have any insight?

Hope not - was really hoping to see a FHP version.

I hate flocking, but would still get this. I would be glad this is done though, let it die as a legend before it over saturates and gets boring. The blue was on its way to doing that.

It's already boring. The black and white were the best because they didn't draw so much attention to the low riding sagging pants. After those 2 it kind of sucked and got so overhyped.

I still love usugrow's line work and art and ping him about when blackleaf is going to be up. But as far as the toy it's peaked..Unless they do the blood red or drip.

 

Time to bring on the next Usugrow sculpt!
That's what I'm truly excited about.

 

I would live to see a red & a GID before the Rebel Ink retires. Although, given Usugrow's affinity for monochrome, I wonder if he had to have his arm twisted to agree to the blue releases.
The new angel will more than compensate if there are no new rebel inks, though.

 

I asked Usugrow why blue, he said it's his favorite color.

 

hate the flocking. personally i think they should have just done the OG black and white ones and called it a day.
