Re: New Secret Base The Yokai was really beautifully sculpted. If it was a bit cheaper I would have bought one I thought that $75 for an unpainted mid scale figure was a little steep. It was cool to see the Devilman figures in person too as some where out. My friend got a blind bagged clear with red wings with his shirt purchase, but being a bigger than most JP shirt sizes by far, I opted not to go for that either. I did score 2 great suits from the bins there for $30 each! (pics in the Muton's Minute section)

Re: New Secret Base I was actually expecting $75 for the mid-size stuff, painted or not, so I was definitely surprised the unpainted Obake & Goner toys were $100 ea and blind bagged. Bummer. Looking at Muton's collection laid out like that though wowza.

Re: New Secret Base The painted version is great. I'd love to see secretbase expand this and do more yokai inspired toys. I know they do have the gegenokitaro Medama-oyaji but it'd be nice to see more.

Re: New Secret Base I do too. I called up and spoke to our very own Connell who told me the blind bags were flesh color and there were only the 3 versions in the pic. SO he was kind enough to let me swap for the marbled one already on the site which its muuuuch nicer imo. Shell be my 2nd. Very stoked to grab a new one for the shelf!
Re: New Secret Base I really hope this red / yellow / blue one is indicative of how a painted version would look. Don't much care for the unpainted, but that painted version flips my opinion of it 180ยบ.
Re: New Secret Base I popped my miss mysterious cherry as it were. I grabbed the one at the back with silver spray. I have to say they look great. I don't need em all, but it's nice to have one ya know...and teh silver spray looks rad!
