and no one is answering at the store, and when I call the magazine number it picks up and then hangs up on me?Whats going on?Have aliens invaded S7?
Sorry about that. We are here. Sometimes we don't pick up the call waiting because someone is asking us for lots of details on a toy. Not sure what the deal is with the magazine line. I will check this out. IR
Hi Lokash, The magazine's new phone number is 415.227.4700. We'll be updating our contact info on the magazine site in the next few days. Sorry for the inconvenience. (FYI, the store's number remains exactly as before.) Thanks! Justin Editor, Super7 www.super7magazine.com
Thank you S7 staff, your professionalism and customer service is outstanding!Brian, give them a raise! edit:Sorry I called you brain , Brian.
I'm not sure if the problem has been fixed by now or not, but I too wish to report the weird hang-up problem. A couple of weeks ago, I saw that the store called on my little ID box, and tried to return the call. 3 times the phone rang, picked up and provided like 2 seconds of silence before hang up. I thought my mobile had, as one of my old professors used to say, a "psychobilly freakout" or something. Nice to know I wasn't the only with that problem. But yet I received a call from the store to my home phone perfectly, so I'm not sure what, if anything is the real issue here. But I must say despite that tiny snag, Super 7 service has always been super excellent. I've been a supporter since the beginning, but now I suppose the thanks goes primarily to Brian and Isaac, so... thanks!
Good point... that ref slipped my mind. Guess doc was even cooler than I thought! efp3, that reminds me of something they played on the radio the other day -- this song about a guy's former flames and why they broke up, where he comments: "I used to date a moonshiner, but she always made me liquor..." Get it? ^_^
