Good question. It sure seems like it DOES come with the gun according to Babel Fish. And I guess they're also offering the guns separately. The guns do some funky transform/recombine thing, so having more than one actually makes sense. I think. Ben, you have a set of the guns, right? Post some pics showing what they do. Actually....strike that. Start a new thread with the pics since these have nothing to do with Space Troopers.
I know this is like mega late to the party and all... but anyone clock that these guys are based on a guy in Terrorvison? About 1.10 in this youtube clip, it's definitely a Space Trooper. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUD0jgnoS-8
Haha, I remember that movie. Don't think it made it to the cinemas, straight to video. Only you could un-earth such a film. Don't tell me you've shown it at your CB night?
yes he was sick, and i do hope shuji is fine now. he hasn't been contactable for more than a year now. i was quite frustrated in the past as he wasn't able to ship a huge order of space troopers i have paid for. i hope he gets well and makes a comeback.
^Nice!!! Sculpted guts or paper insert? Looks sculpted! I have never seen one with guts that detailed before.
Totally agree, love the various heads and color combos. But as MB pointed out and one observation we are all to familiar with, this is par for the coarse in JP vinyl these days.
It is a great line, i still like it personally. But for many folks, there were just too many too fast at one stage when TG were hyperactive. A bit like what SHB is doing with their kongs and Xs. Now that TG is gone, would be nice to go back hunting for the missing troops.
I was buying up troopers when interest and prices collapsed. I have two sets of the platoon group and I think I'm complete on the other releases with a couple extras here and there. Sat Jun 28, 2008 8:37 pm seems such a long time ago...
If possible, please put up a database or picture reference I missed a handful towards the end when shuji disappeared suddenly and failed to deliver the goods. Would be greally great to know whats missing to hunt them down. True, considering they were nearly edition 100 per run at its peak, i thought there would be more in the after market. Its a bit of a catch22. It is now better to just keep or dispose them in japan than to sell to say mandarake or put up on yja as the prices are super low.
