Hey guys, new to the forums, but not new to toys in general. Just thought I'd share my project I'm currently doing, since I think it's got some appeal to this crowd as well. This is my first original design, a DIY, solid cast resin figure set, fully hand painted and airbrushed. It's community backed project, so I wanted to share it with as many toy heads as possible, in hopes of making it a reality. Here's the unpainted master sculpt pics (painted pics soon): About the Corrupter: The storyline of the Corrupter is that he is a powerful mage that can manipulate the very core of a creature's spirit, transforming them into a twisted servant to do his bidding. In this version of the Corrupter, he has turned this poor critter into a "fungal fiend". The main attribute of a fungal fiend is that it sprouts a series of glowing mushrooms that bare spores, these spores will spread and infect others with his tainted spirit.Those touched by the spores quickly transform them into fungal fiends as well. In no time at all, The Corrupter will have an entire army of fungal minions at his finger tips. This should be moved to the resin forum. Pretty cool work, kind of has a video game vibe to it. The mushrooms on the FF scare me but resin usually does. Good luck with the project.
