Ummm, Jackie...I'm not entirely sure what your saying there, but I'm pretty sure my "gripe" and your responce (if indeed you were responding to me) are in different directions.

My "gripe" is that this SB release is a key release. It's part of a set. It isn't yet another Bee or GF with slightly different colours than the last. Plus it was stated it would be announced once S7 had these in hand. To offer up an important piece with out any word at the same time as a big announced release is a bit of a let down. it really was like "Hey, since we got you here, how about these little beauties too...".
Basically my "gripe" is we weren't all given a fair shot at such an important release. I'm under no illusions I would have walked away with one, but at least I would have had chance at it.

My comments above weren't aimed at how you got it Jackie and certainly wasn't looking to upset you.

sorry mori,i wasn't upset with you at all. i only posted to clear up that S7 did not only offer the toy to people who bought the zag.

otherwise i would not have posted on this thread.
i think its fair to say we have all lost at at some time or another to super 7's attempts to make things fair... i've certainly been on both ends of the stick.

like i said, i only originally posted to clear up claims that the toy was only offered to zag customers.

No that's all cool!! I was a little worried I might have stired you up in your second post. It's all sweet though.
And you're right, it's win some loose some for sure. I'm just a bit disappointed on how I lost in this one. Sorry for making the internet grumpy, but it's awhile till night here so I couldn't cry myself to sleep. Seems to have worked for Count!! :D

Fair play to all you kids who scored them though. It's also good to hear that it sounds like the Zags all went to regulars at S7

Is it a competition or festival type thing that's going on Count? Oz has sooo piss poor fireworks really. Sydney has a good show at New Years eve, but we realy don't have a great showing.

Datadub - I bet you get killer fireworks in Japan. Sounds a common thing too! Nice.

Dr.T - I hear ya back mate, why do we do it!!! After the tears I always kick myself over doing it all for a toy!!

from llate july thru mid august there probably a hundred or so displays going on around japan. Even in Tokyo there are easily 5 or 6 major displays you could go check out. Lots of local festivals as well. I love summer in japan despite the heat...

A couple of summers ago we went to the Pyrotechnics Guild annual meeting (in Fargo ND!) They have seminars on how to make bombs out of powdered coffee creamer and stuff. For a week they show off the shells they make and the manufacturers put on shows of their newest commercial merch. It is pretty spectacular. They raffled off the right to light the mega-string on the last night. The mega-string had 1.5 million firecrackers strung together hanging from a portable crane about two strories high. Ear plugs were passed out in advance.

No damaged for me either. Dammitall!

What the hell are you talking about ???

You have seen me complain and I definitly didnt complain or sayanything bad about S7 in this thread.

I wasnt griping so dont say I was. All I did was ask a question. I wasnt even here I just got back from vaca about 5pm so I missed the whole thing and just wanted to see what happened.

Out of all the people who where talking shit you responded to the question I asked. Why single me out ?? I wasnt even talking shit.

S7 can sell what they have how ever thay want I really dont give a fuck. If we want a figure we just have to follow their rules. Some win some dont.

Did I do somthing to piss you off or something ??

Man I just dont want to get called out for something that I didnt even do.

S7 has hooked me up time and time again and dont want them thinking I was complaining about this when I wasnt.

Basicly my system is if I want something I ask Ramos if there is a list. If there is a list and I get on it and wait for S7. If there isnt a list I buy it from who ever offers it first just to be safe.

I'm sure S7 is cool with this system. If I didnt do this I would have missed out on the damage.

I support S7 first then buy from others second. It works for me and I I FART A LOT less about not getting something :)

Every Wednesday and Saturday for 2 or 3 weeks a different Country puts on a fireworks presentation and at the end a winner is declared.

It gets insanely busy at the beaches and all over downtown here, like the streets are just packed, and people are parking in the middle of the street to watch them because there's no parking, it's pretty wild.
