I just wanted an official complaint forum post about how these were handled I now have a sold out email and an email that im on the list... so thats a bit confusing as well as that emals from the S7 store come to me instantly.. but... these are super delayed edited after I calmed slightly.
AD, Deep breaths. I am in the same boat. Now - the one from the S7 store would of come to you directly as it is automatically sent to you from the website shopping cart system. I am confused as to the manner the sub version was doled out. I had sent in my e-mail as instructed. I have sent Mr. Ramos a follow up e-mail and hope fully it will be sorted out. I know Isaac was probably at the store tending to that exclusive and then had to deal with the ravenous e-mails he was receiveing from the e-mail that came out at noon. I did receive my official come and get it e-mail at noon. So I have no beef about that. Chill - I am sure there is a solution to this. Some will get them some won't. Welcome to life!

Sorry for the confusion. I should have been more formal with that SOLD OUT email and sent the invoices first. I have emailed payment info to all the people on the reserve list expect for a few people that are adding it to a bigger hold box. I will send your totals tomorrow. I sent the sold out email because I had gotten about 75 emails asking for the subscriber version toy and I wanted to stop any more people from asking. IR
A suggestion: perhaps everyone here who is a subscriber and/or wants to get in on the sales lists should email Ramos today, so that tomorrow's exclusives don't go astray? For a while I wasn't getting any of the subscriber exclusive emails because the messages were going to an old account. It's fixed now, but it was really my fault because I didn't keep Super7 up to date.
