Yep I bleive that is the culprit. You want to stay way from the Cyborg 99's - they don't have the Henshin in the name. I think...... :?

Just about any hobby shop that sells doll supplies should have the stands, I used to pick them up in SF for about $1.25 each.

I haven't tried it, or really know 100%, but just looking at the pic, I would say it wouldn't work. The suits fit the retro Henshin quite snug and this body doesn't look able to hold the suit. The lower legs look well off especially. And not sure what you would do with the head. Maybe though.

If u can remove the hands (which it looks like u can) and remove the feet it may work. Depends on calf and forearm circumference. If u try, let us know!

What will work I think are the vintage UK action man bodies - they have (and please, people like RedneckTex, correct me if I am wrong) basically the same body mould, but in pink flesh. They used to come up cheap in naked banged up lots on ebay. Not sure about now. They certainly worrk for vintage Henshin suits.

By the way - watch those hip joints on the Medicom body. That one posted looks like a RAH300 body, and I know of atleast two (mine included) that broke at the hip with minimal torsion. I tried to take a boot off my clear MachRoid, and severed his leg.

    Earth reeled defenceless

Yes, its obvious that Mach Roid stands no chance aginst Rumina Borg and his superior original Medicom body.../ F%#k, I hope someone tells him before the next bout, all Rumina has to do is pull his boot off and he's a one legged roid at an arse kicking match (shooto style that is)!!!!!

so I got that cyborg reissure from takara at toytokyo, and it seems to work pretty well for the suits. couple things though, the head was really hard to get off and the gold robot inner head had these two little plastic eyes I had to cut out to get the secret base inner head on. also the chest piece doesn't fit very well over the chest, is it supposed to be all stretched out like that? The walder body looks like it might have a slightly smaller chest. Are there ANY other cyborg bodies you can use besides the originals and the one at TT? cause the reissue really is crappy quality-wise. Kinda takes away from the incredible quality of the suit.

Hey fresh-youre actually better off trimming the flashing off of the inner head instead of the suit-now if you ever wanna display the body itself the eyes are missing..

BTW i just bought the last body from TT so if you guys are going to order one you may wanna call them first..

You are right about the reissue quality - not awesome at all, but I think fine for displaying suits on, as most of it is covered up. How do you mean stretched over the chest? The Waldar reissues have the same chest size, so no difference there I would say. As far as using another body style, I'd consider that sacriligeous...but I'm weird that way. I've seen some pics of people using a neo-Henshin and that is just an offense to my overly sensitive eyes! Yep, I know

WOW - this my 100th post! I'm not very prolofic, but I'm really "feeling" this one! CHeers RAMOS - SB.org is ruling, and so blows away KR for content and VIBE!

The suits are a tight fit for sure, but my pink Skulltoys and both my SB suits have a small gap on the sides of the chest piece. I don't even bother putting on the small inner head. Two of my suits wouldn't get the larger head over the smaller one anyway, so I see no need unless you like the smaller head better. The Toxic Phantom suit's small head does squeeze over the android brain and the large head over that ok though - 1 out of 3 there. All the gloves and boots fit fine though.

I'm new to the Henshin thing, but when Mutonismyfriend speaks sacrilidge, I got to back hime. Don't you be using other bodies out there!! Neo Henshin included!!

Well there you go henshin is the only cyborg for the job! Yeah those little gaps are what I'm talking about, no biggie just wanted to know if it was normal. I see em in other pictures too so I guess they're all like that. This glow devil phantom suit I just got looks freakin cool on the clear cyborg body! I like how the glow reflects off the gold innards!! I don't think this one would be quite as great looking on a walder. Thanks for the all the helpful info Mutonismyfriend, moriachi, and JHOTTROD!

    No worries Frsh.nss.
I have a Glow Devil too, and the glow really travels nicely around the joints. I think a coloured body wouldn't do that so well. They glow really well too.
