Secret Base website help?!

I didn't want to post this in the Secret Base thread as to clog it up with useless nonsense.

But, seeing as I don't speak Japanese how am I supposed to place an order? I am not seeing an English translation or website.

So, is there a secret way or some tricks? Or do I just need to fumble through until I figure it out?
