The Bagman right in front of the last pic is great! Guts, colors, and clears. I like how the black teeth sort of look like an eye poking through.
Andy I think you need to send me that pirate now...He called and said he didn't want to live in the North anymore I have some chickens I can send in his place
Nah, he love's it in the Grim North . . . although he'd love it even more if his friend the Vitamin C Captain came to visit! Suprisingly they seem to be coming home to roost faster than I anticipated!
Awesome pics Andy, way to liven up the thread again. I love this ghost! Time to take more pics and keep this thread going.
Few things make me happier than staring at the Base. Lovely stuff guys!!! I'm moving shortly and really looking forward to setting everything up in the new place. (now where's that thread about moving detolfs...)
I do not understand the Japan Spirits paint... I'm all for splatter effects and trying new things, but they just look unfinished or over done. If they were actually painted and then the splatter used as an enhancement, they would be much cooler.
Individually they are pretty weak but amongst all the other Brains they definitely hold there own! Variation and diversity of the base vinyl and paint app on the same sculpt is what rocks my world.
The first time I saw the Spirits Mantis I thought it was the most incredible figure. Then the others showed up and seemed to flood the market, but now I really like them again. I think finding the ones with more of the splatter add more appeal also.
wow ...nice. only have the pink. always missing to save up for the other two. just found these. some pics by another boardmember that got me into sb: ...dont remember his skullbrain id - anyone know???
I'm up to three SB figures, with two of them here at school! I love the Walder colors, and the ultra-squishy brain is fantastic. Too bad there's a small crack on the inner head from having really thin vinyl
