I dig the pardee print, but liked it the first time too.. http://www.upperplayground.com/features ... f-the-film
not to stoke a fire, but why do you think it is that we accept colourways of a toy without hesitation, but when it comes to something like this we feel that the artist is somehow cheating. Shouldn't artists be able to produce art prints of their own design in different 'colourways'. And if not, why not?
I think it's fine if artists do different color variations on their prints, but this one feels like it was done for the sole purpose of cashing in on comic book fans, an afterthought.
interesting. I liked it the first time. I like it even better with Capt. America and Red Skull. Look at your shelves. I see the same figure painted twenty different ways. not sure this is any different.
I think both are great and both work really well... the Basterds one was $300, also signed by Tarantino with 6 made... so not really a standard poster release the first time around
I swear to GOD that Batman Hot Toys figure exists already, what am I missing that makes it "exclusive?"
I don't even have words. I love this. Is there anybody going who wouldn't mind picking one up for me? From KC.
Dear Gargamel.. Where the FUCK are you??? I know it'll be worth the wait but so far this has been the SLOWEST year for production toys. Every year by June you usually produce 18 toys...and then more in the next half. This year there's been like 6 produced. Signed Loyal fan.
