hey, i ordered from them for the first time on friday(for the 13th SB set). anyways, i have all my stuff delivered to my po box(cuz people steal from my apartment complex). so, my order did not qualify for free shipping, and i opted to go with usps priority shipping. a few minutes after i placed the order, toy tokyo called me and told me i needed to send an extra 9 bucks for usps shipping(which is cool with me). so i sent it right away. but this morning, i check my email, and i have a notice from paypal informing me that toy tokyo refunded my 9 bucks. no details on the transaction explaining why the 9 bucks was refunded. the $110 was not refunded. i already sent them an email, but i am just curious if this has happened to anyone else? i really hope this doesnt mean that they decided to not sell me the 2nd SB set. i will be bummed
I've had sooo many problems with TT in the past. I found that the best way to get any questions answered is by phone.
