Does anyone know if the root beer itchy from awhile back came with an extra hand? Atom usually includes the regular Real Head hand if he uses another weapon to replace it. Unexpected score at the end of the year! He's got all the glorious paint detail of the Ghost Cider Next I was lucky enough to win earlier, but with a more vibrant palette and Atom's designs included in the sculpt, he oozes his own weird vibe. This shot sums up what I love best about this guy, I think. Peek the smooth silhouette of the torso and legs, the broad lines in them--and then in the head and left arm, all that gory granular detail pouring out at you. There's Mori's archetypal hero, and Atom's bladed body-horror freakshow jammed together. And they'd be a jarring combo, maybe not even an effective one, if not for that paint. It works like a bridge between the two styles, smooth fades covering the harsh lines between the different sculpts, highlighting some of those fine details but often just harmonising. Killer, killer toy. A massive thank-you to the Skullbrainer who gave me a chance at it!
Just a heads up, Zheng seems to have bootlegged the Diver. Paint is very basic, and it's using the adult body with trooper legs, so the difference is obvious for now. But be careful.

Of course! Atom's paint was a real eye-opener for me the first time I saw it, so I'd be upset if people here got conned out of experiencing the real thing. He's so fair with his pricing as well, so seeing someone capitalise purely based on the aftermarket annoyed me. I'm guessing the Diver happened because there are so many older releases, it's hard to keep track. Momiji seems to fetch the most on the aftermarket, but with only four paints it would be easy to spot boots. Of course he might not care, and I'll eat my words if that's the next one we see
Well shit! None are safe haha. I wonder how many sales the guy does. None of his paints hold a candle to the originals, to say nothing of the sculpts themselves, but he must be selling them to somebody. Production can't be cheap.
Has anybody else in the US received their manitchi? It's my first Atom win and I'm feeling kind of antsy about it since I've seen some have made it but mine hasn't yet. Does he ship out in waves? I haven't got tracking or anything. Don't wanna email him because I don't want to be a bother with all that's going on.
talked with a couple other guys in california who won this figure, and we are all in the same boat, we’ll just have to wait until they make their way here
Received mine about 2 weeks ago, but I am on the East Coast. I can say I didn't get a tracking number, he emailed me prior to shipping though letting me know it may be delayed because of covid-19. Its possible it's still held up in Japan since EMS is suspended.
