Sweet!!! Is Packey a primate? I thought he was when I saw the Marmit version but then I saw butas one and was not so sure, and never seen him on a show so am not so sure. I need an MG5 for my ape collection! It's always nice to have a beauty queen amongst your toys ( ). No, seriously, I love the sculpt, just haven't jumped on them.

NSFW because of the cave people? The Gigas is indeed vintage. Made by Popy. I don't know if Packey is a primate but looks sort of simian. To be honest I'm throwing him in there because that's the only space left and he goes well with the other new Butanohana apes. Definitely get at least one MG5. I wasn't keen when they first arrived on the scene but I've grown to really love them.
Matthew, Popy Gigasu is the one for me. Best Gigasu sculpt hands down. So crude with tons of character. For awhile over the holidays and this past winter they were showing up on YJA frequently- now so much now. Can be had pretty cheap too (2000-4000 yen). Apparently there are a ton of paint variations. Here are a few auction pics I've nabbed to show that. That bagged one I've never seen and went for only 800 yen!!??! Not even sure if it's the same sculpt?
