@Roger I've noticed it too in NYC and lo and behold, the dunce that Trump put in charge of "fixing" the postal service just had some major changes go in effect on October 1st.

First-class mail now has an added 1-3 days to all delivery times and prices are going up through the Holiday season. What's strange to me is by holding back on deliveries to save $$, won't this cause an even larger pile up in their facilties?

is anyone seeing any issues with FedEx? I get packages that are delayed a extra week. The package have landed to my local distribution hub, but apparently there is not enough drivers/sorters, so packages just sit and sit until they are finally processed. wondering if its the same elsewhere, or potentially just my area if not Cali?

I know in my area fedex is the worst option, but not as bad as a week. I get stuff out on the truck for delivery only to have it go back to the local DC instead of being delivered almost every time I get something from fedex. Then the delivery date gets “updated” to the next day suddenly.

I noticed all my Amazon orders where taking 3-5 days longer to get to me, so I figured i'd get rid of Prime. No point in paying a yearly subscription if it wasn't going to get to me any faster (it was my main reason for signing up). Just made my 1st order as an Amazon peasant and my delivery date is Nov. 2nd. WOW

Never use fedex but a couple of weeks ago something I ordered was sent by fedex and it was out for delivery for 7 days straight before they gave up and transferred it to the post office instead. Fedex did not even try to deliver it once.

thats the type of nonsense I feel I deal with every time I get something via fedex as well. Not a fan of fedex.

My 2 recent FedEx deliveries went from bad to worse. One took over a month. The miscommunications would be laughable if the service wasn’t so awful. I suspect part of the problem may be the routes seem to get passed off to teams of Independet contractors with no centralized responsibility.
