not gonna bother posting my pics here because most of it doesn't interest you guys, nor is it half as good as some hauls. will only mention, s7 minis hooded cobra commander zombie squirm orange mummy boy sdcc rebel ink girlfriend got pushead butcher doll
Thanks! True story: I decided to stay an extra day so I had to move hotels. And while riding on the back of one of those rickshaw bikes, this guy on the side of the road yelled up to me, "Hey, you're draggin' your goodies!!!" And sure as hell I had dropped a bag and it was being dragged by the spokes on the bike. Amazingly, the only thing that fell out was one of my shoes, which the driver jogged back and found while I waited. Who says customer service is dead? You cannot imagine how freaked out I was when I leaned over and saw the bag being dragged.
Here's my humble haul. Hopefully next year it'll be bigger. Also picked up a LASK shirt thanks to Carl & Scott.
VERY happy with all my stuff. There were a few more things it would have been nice to pick up but such as life!
I'm so, so STOKED about the Boogie. Holding that thing in my hand....words can't express. I tried to pick the most bloody Frankenfighter. I was pretty happy with my selection. I'm way into everything I got this year. Usugrow, unpainted Mummy Boy, Flynn HP Mummy Boy, oh the list goes on!!!
here's all my random stuff: back of glow doku: sanda front: sanda back: hsp pirate front: left: right: bop front: side: without robe: mummy boy front: back:
i'm not sure if all of them used the same blanks, but the mummy boy i bought is on glow vinyl. the paint on the parts that only have green is thin enough that the glow will shine through, which is a really nice effect. this is also the first year at sdcc that i didn't buy a single piece of "western" vinyl ... not by design, but my tolerance for lines is greatly diminished now (as is my overall interest in production pieces). my favorite non-custom is the glow skull captain ... if it were totally blank i wouldn't like it all that much (not a big captain fan), but the purple really makes it pop for me.
