A tale of forbidden love for a resin art toy lovin' hippie cat by a hardcore fight figure diggin' straight edger.
"fuck face" Did I hurt your feelings plastic hunter? I thought you were a bit of a hippie with that colourful mummy boy tatt and the photos I saw of you with your sdcc resin haul. Nice tatts though. Just playing around maybe I should of written it in purple ....friends?
Seriously, you didn't hurt my feelings in the slightest.. I totally took it in the spirit it was delivered and thought it was quite funny. My response was meant to be a joke and the fuckface was just me trying to be "hardcore" by channeling a bit of Resident Asshole. I am upset that you outed Scott and my relationship though. That was supposed to be kept a secret. But then again he has never been one to hide his affections from me and I love him dearly for that. Just for the record those last three sentences should be in purple. Actually i can't stand the little shit and wish that he would quit stalking me. Now back to my new tats. Don't you think I'm just a tad hardcore?
Phew, I thought I must off fallen arse over tit into some sought of cultural comedy gap there.(I'm from straya dont u know... (or it simply wasnt funny) The hardest! You can rub those tuff stickers off your hands now.
Great stuff, Connell! Really love all of the vinyl-inspired ink you've had laid down. Hard Core, indeed!
damn, connell. you're not fucking around, already straight to the hands? And I thought I was tough...
Thanks for all the cool comments guys. If I ever start talking about some kind of face tattoo someone please talk some sense into me.
Woah! I leave the country and al he'll breaks loose! I find it hard to belive that an acronym I coined is inked on someones hand. Somehow when Scott did his it didn't dawn on me. I recall how stunned Isaac was when Steve B tatted RFSO on both his paws. Crazy cool. But hands off Scott Connell. He's mine
Welcome back Carl! I must admit I had a bit of trepidation about adorning myself with the LASK logo being as I'm not one of the OG's of LASK. But I decided to do it in the spirit that it stands for, a group of like minded folks that are passionate about toys and the people who collect them. Graphically the LASH logo has a real resonance for me. From Robert Indianas LOVE sculpture in 1966 to the appropriation by the art collective/activists General Idea for their AIDS sculpture in 1989 and now the LASH logo it has a whole history of meaning and I wear it proudly. Thanks for your support.
connell you are more of an OG than most! its all about the true spirit you put out..hardly anything to do with collecting the toys ..to me at least
I was talking about ON my face! Was I dreaming this or did someone actually call you pouguester the other day?
I'm going to see those tattoos in person soon. Connell, are you around on the 19th? I'll bring resin goodies!
