But if Google translates the Japanese page instead, it says "Reopening of the fourth bomb memorial"

Bomb memorial? WTF?

So, is this pink Evil to commemorate the 4th anniversary of Popsoda, or are the references to '4th' indicating it's the 4th figure in a RxH series?

Anyone who reads Japanese care to offer some clarification?

 

Thats just google xlate doing literal translations.

It just means the 4th wave/item for the Popsoda renewal opening festivities.
Just like the boom boom skallman was the 3rd wave/item
