It's the Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasel! He was a kind of sort of comedian in the late 80's or early 90's.
He wasn't really funny then... he's just kinda sad now... The only reason he was anything was because his mother is the owner of a prominent comedy club in LA.
in the new issue of decibel danzig talks about how he was 'sucker punched' by that guy. he must still be feeling the affects.

I met the NSK guy a couple of months ago at a show, he was pretty cool. I heard he just got beat down by some dude that was a Danzig fan.
