Hey Brent, When you have a chance, I'd appreciate any details on the GO TO BED YOU SONS OF BITCHES print, please- def. want to get one for my sis for Xmas, if I can! Cheers, Mike
yes, I LOVE W.A. films! Both prints are from Spoke Art Gallery. The "go to bed.." print is by Oliver Barrett and it was actually released at NYCC at the Spoke Art Gallery booth and was part of a Bill Murray set, but I liked this one the most so just grabbed it by itself. I cant seem to find them online anywhere.. but you might be able to contact Oliver Barrett and see if he has any left. Apparently spoke art gallery does W.A. tribute shows every year. They have one up now or soon anyways.. called "Bad Dads". I wish I could go!
By the way, this is a closer look at the B-eaK Pollution set, featuring the mini bemon thing: via b-eAk's flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/b-eak/
those are actually the prototypes & vinyl test pull i had a few folks asking about these........ NYCC was the debut of "Mini Monsters" an ongoing series i am working on with a few close friends here & in Japan Each series will feature an obscure Monster as well as traditional & non traditional yokai series 1 includes: Hedoro King (also known as Kougai Kaiju, Mosugon 2 & Smogon 2-GO) Floating Head Ghost Jigoku: Hand of DOOM unpainted black sets are in hand & GID sets too! will be an official post 2nite with pics of these plus the collab i did w/Jun from SOP thanx to all who picked these up at nycc, Hedoro King was originally planned to just be a finger puppet but i opted for a plug so one can put personal items inside which give it weight to stand balanced & upright
Cool, thanks for the info. I thought they were resin or something. The vinyl pull looks cool though. Strange how material can make or break something for me. Or is it just OCD? How tall/small are these?
I'm assuming pretty small since it fits in the cusp of his hand. Unless of course he has ginormous hands.
They are all mini sized, but slightly bigger. I got the unpainted black set. They are pretty wicked and neat detail. Especially on the Smogun guy. Can't wait to see the rest of the series!
