Gah I went the wrong night, those were sold out when I rolled in (even though there was a pile in back for a flipper, grrrr). Mori is as nice and cool as every one has always said. Picked up some goods though, ran into Luke, it was all good in the hood (as the cool kids say.) Saw some future release junk aaaannd Mori said the next Adult Skulltoys figure will be Walder!
Is it me or are we in the midst of a RxH Renaissance lately?...I can't even keep up with how much hot shit I've missed out on lately....
Mori's been hitting it lately for sure. It's awesome. I like seeing figures I didn't even know exist pop up on Rotofugi and Lulubell (but I hate having to pass so frequently, god damned financial restraint!) When I saw Luke at Shinto Gangu he said he plans on stopping by there more frequently again to grab new releases (I don't know if Luke sleeps?) on top of dealing with all of the other non-stop crap he's up to. So I'd expect Lulu to get more. Not to stir the hype pot but that blue/red Nerd One release was limited to 5.
Hey I'm curious, I never see Biterman for sale, are they made in runs, or just one-offs? Neither Lulubell had the to pre-order, nor have I seen them on Rotofugi... What's the deal-i-o?
That blue one is a run. They're usually "micro runs" aka so small they sell out quick. Lulubell get's RxH by Luke going to Shinto Gangu and buying what he can, if it's sold out he's SOL usually. I think Roto just get's them randomly, like Mori just sends what he sends (with notice) and that's that. I know Luke's been busy with his own stuff so there's been less RxH via Lulubell.
Yeah I noticed, Lulu had the Chaos/Stereogon mashup, and a flyguy, so maybe the biterman was just sold out when Luke got there.

Mori won't sell Bitermans, Necromons or Cy'Os for overseas consumption. Its up to me, PK & LS to step up and supply any demand.
Nothing has been offer on the RxH USA site since the Chaos Troopers pre-orders back in July. And I have been trying to get a Biterman and Necromons since they were first introduce. Any chance you can get Mori-san to do a pre-order release for Biterman or Necromons or both on GID vinyl with the same colorway of those recent Pheyaos release for the New Year? It would be a good way to start the New Year.
I would love to get a Cy'Os or a Biterman, but screw tha flipper prices!! The RxH USA site has been a real let down..
