I guess the clear amputee is a mash up using a pair of clear captains . . . but I'm kinda curious abot the clear purple and grey I too (or are they acetone specials?)! . . . .

You guys can't copy me. You have to do something else. There's so many pirates and captains out there now that many new variations can be made.

What about a chrome hook on the Stippled pirate? J/K - I would never bastardize that thing.

 

Those look great Bob. I love the double stumped Gid and Clear. Good mash. Those pirates are really keen though, they look good rubbed out.

 

well... bob u beat me to it by posting here first, i actually done my fair share of acetones on my pirates. btw, have u done it to your wings too? Try the punk wings, they look great under acetone magic!!!

I never really liked these as much as some of the other production pirates, but I wouldn't mind buying some to acetone as well. Really diggin' the clear purple a lot.

 

these are awesome. it was rad to get to see the chromes first hand too. your stuff rocks.

The pink wouldn't come all the way off a punk wing? I was going to try to acetone one but feared that happening

 

The pink is actually in the plastic. It gets thick around the ears causing it to look pinkish. All the paint came complete off. I have a plan to correct it though....stay tuned.
