I saved one to my photobucket account and then was able to just paste the url in a message when needed...

2.click on properties
3.highlight address, right click, copy
4.paste address on your post, and sorround it with these fellows:
example (just take out spaces)


or like said before, just save it to your photobucket, and get the img address from there
