Recently finished these two figures. Both are commissions from board members. More photos and details available on my blog and Flickr account (links below). Thanks for looking! Koji Gargamel Zagoran. Light blue, neon green, and neon yellow on flesh vinyl. Secret Base Obake Dog. Light blue, neon pink, green, and silver on black vinyl.
Both have great colour palettes and I like both (though I'm not a fan of customs in general). But the dog is amazing. Love how the colours play off the solid black body.
Obake Dog reminds me of my Jeff Grosso ToyBox board colorway. That colorway is rad - nice idea on the pink Koji. What does everyone think of the black body - should he have color too? The zag is genius. Koji roooooooooolz!
That Zag shows how much a light touch can do. Not too strong, just enough. In my opinon the most prime example of subtle-ness. it is in no-way "ground in", Beautiful work Koji! Now, that Obake, it says "party" like your parents are home. Hits you in the guts, and i wanna play with it and show it off at school and get in really big trouble. Great stuff.
