Thanks to all of you for sharing news like this. Although I am no a collector of Buta anymore ( down to 3 pcs.) I still love this stuff and like to read about it and see da peechers. G- if it doesn't irritate the creator I wouldn't mind getting a cloth reprint if not too dear. The big problem would be keeping it out of reach of the corgi and the 2 vandalizing kitties!

I must say, that new brown and gold Sudaruu is very exciting! Nice to have a new color version!
Hmmm... I don't think so. He just released 3 new figures. Dark pink Oodako, Griffin, and Matango. And yes, they are super hard to adopt! According to his blog, he does seem to get a lot of ear infections and occasional gout p.s. @poysntixels do you have any hints that he is planning to retire? It would be sad (but much easier on the wallet! )
No hints, just seemed like a drop in output. Also, he is getting older. It really does get harder to accomplish things. Has anybody here scored those 3 new ones and posted pix that I missed? PS won't be causing increased demand on butas. I just like his art a lot. Mostly collecting Gameras and early design Mickey and Oswald stuffs now. Taking it much easier from now on.
I was lucky to grab the recent three. A fantastic chance at some of the older and extraordinarily harder to get figures. Hoping many more in this vein resurface over the coming years. The matango is just perfect. Alas, posting pics here isn’t my forté…
dunno what you're talking about. Buta has put out a ton of stuff this year. A bunch of great dinos, return of sudaru, the best micros release in years, and now 3 sculpts that have all only had one release before.
