I'm a rookie and maybe dumb too (who knows ?) but it seems the picture I've uploaded can't be seen..;

You're not linking to the image. Make sure that the link ends with ".jpg"

 

posted first on Flickr but when trying with the link in between doesn't work...same thing when supressing the last /img and placing .jpeg !!
it must be so simple I'm almost ashamed ...

 

You're linking wrong.
You need to click on All Sizes on top.
Then link from that image.
