maybe its just the way he combines colors, which make them pop! btw awesome photography on the last page!

 

createx airbrush colors are acrylic and skinner is using MK now too so maybe the MK clear overtop, that would brighten the colors. createx are decent paints but screw water based...

 

Yeah I saw some bottles of createx in his videos, I just always assumed createx was acrylic, water based paints. I know they sell a pure acrylic paint, so I just figured it would be the same thing only watered down. I know the wicked colors have some solvents in them, but the rest are water based.

I tell ya I know I've not been collecting all that long but when you guys start talking about the different paints and applications I feel like I just started collecting yesterday and things are flying right over my head

For me its either a pretty color or meh... but thats about as technical as I get
