Sutfin continues to take the Bop Dragon to new levels. He really has a unique way of bringing out their nastiness and making them look mean. Great stuff.

 

He definitely has done the best things with the Bop, outside of LASH.

 

i really want that mini damnedron looks sweet

 

As much as I love my LASH Dragon, what Mike does is on a whole other scale, doesn't compare.
Just to be clear, I am saying nothing against Rich, he knows I love what he does. It's just when you see a Sutfin...

And yeah, I'd settle for a mini damn, they are great!

 

I appreciate the sweet comments, but yeah, Mike is the boss, nothing more to say. I have my own Mike Bop and it sits top shelf directly next to my Pushead HP. That man is for sure on the next level and deserves all the accolades he gets. And the thing is, in the short period of time he has been painting toys he has grown in leaps and bounds. The bop I have from the 1st run at last years SDCC is totally different from the ones he offered at NYCC and I can just imagine what he brings to this years SDCC , inspiring is an understatement.

I'm so screwed...I need money!!!! SDCC is still a few days away and I'm already broke and in debt just thinking about this stuff.

 

Mike does paint well - I typically don't like the Bop Dragon sculpt, but he makes them look great. However, I really don't get that Entity - the painting doesn't fit the sculpt at all. It just looks like he painted a picture on a toy.

 

He should have just rusted and distressed it up. Maybe add some burn marks or other battle scars.
Not that I really care as I still don't get "customs"...

 

I was just thinking "imagine what he could do with a decent toy..."

I'm still really confused by how he does these.
It looks like decals or something. I know they aren't, but it's so precise that it blows my mind.

 

The way he's livened up those Damn's is amazing. But saying that, everything on this page is fucking awsome. Such good finishes, jaw dropping.

 

I'm with you on this.
I'm still totally blown away at the details on my NYCC RM x MS set.
