Mike Sutfin Devilman

I'm really feeling this sculpt, will it be made in Japan? I remember a few years back Unbox didn't make anything in Japan. Either way I'll probably cop this, love Devilman.

^^ 100% agreed! sutfin's drawings were great, and unbox really did a great transforming it from 2D to 3D

Got this new devilman, Mainly into vintage toys !!!!but this looks like a great toy!!!! The question is, where I am gonna fit this in the collection...and also is there points of articulation!!!?

I always try to add some imagery when posting to this thread- Here's a look at the finished sculpt, prior to wax:

 

So beautiful. This is lame but I can never look at photos of the original sculpt for too long, or I'll always notice the slight loss of sharpness when I see the finished pull

 

I've avoided a proper size comparison to preserve the surprise when more folks get it, but man, this guy is huge. It dwarfs all my other figures at the moment. The paint turned out nice and clean as well.

 

You really wouldn't wanna sit/fall on him that's for sure....weaponized Devilman

 

The wings are soft enough that I don't think they'd do any permanent damage, but the horns might land you a trip to the ER, right before they snap off

Just got the toy, it's amazing, very happy with it. its heavy....

I don't think you missed it, for the record. Unbox's site still had orders open, though for some reason it's down as a PO. At $120 for a bloody huge figure I'd say he's worth it. Unless you're holding out for the blue, of course

 

I’m thinking they only made 100. Did anybody else’s box have a #/100 on it.

 

Where did you find the number? I can't see anything on my box.
