thanks shiverbones. did a quick google for pagos and it sounds about right. couldn't find the same figure, but he totally looks like a baby/parababy version.
Yes, it is the Marmit Parababy Pagos, katakana on the bottom ( パゴス ). Pagos was yet another reincarnation of the 1965 Toho Baragon suit. Pagos appeared in Ultra Q episode 18.
