For me, I'd go with Gorogong from the Malaysian indie game GigaBash. It's basically a tokusatsu party brawler game and it's charming as heck. If I could have anyone design it, I would go with Siccaluna.
If we are talking a licensed design, I’d love to see more transformer characters from yutani shouten, specifically Tracks or Bluestreak, maybe the Dinobots. I’d love to see Gargamel make a Samus Aran figure from Metroid. If we’re talking original designs… I have a character idea that I would love to have drawn up by Pushead and then sculpted (probably by Betch because of his past work for Pushead). I also have ideas for micro-sized figures that I’d love to be able to commission someone from Gargamel to make. But these characters are my own and not something I want to share publicly at the moment.
