I can't remember if I've mentioned this yet but Jorge Garcia came by the booth last year at SDCC. I didn't even notice but Josh tipped me off. I stopped him as he was walking away and asked if I could get a photo of him at the booth. he turned to me and said "dude, I would but then everybody would just, like not leave me alone" I said I understood and let him go. true story.
So that episode, despite dragging, blew my mind at the end. With Locke apparently attempting to kill Desmond on the island, and Desmond nearly killing Locke in the present day flash sideways, it appears whatever battle that is going to be waged is going to be fought in all time periods. Or has Desmond been assigned the task of making everything right or wrong? It was good to see Michael & Libby again.
Yes! That was cool! I had to re-watch the episode this morning as I watched it last night after many/many beers @ the AC/DC concert and couldn't remember what happened!
Prediction: The 'island' dimension w/ the all the bad shit is going to implode & the 'alternate reality', where everything is sunshine, lollipops & rainbows, will become the surviving reality (with a little help from people becoming aware of both realitites).
If the final turns into "The power of love will help them overcome." is is gonna smash someone's face. I can smell it.
I hope that everyone dies and the camera drifts upward to reveal a shot of Michael standing on a sandbar ( what's left of the imploded island). He then starts yelling "Waalllllltttttt!!!!" Thee end......
Everyone else dying was cool enough, but Locke getting smashed freaked me out a little. Anyhow, my new theory is that this is all just going on inside Hurly's head. The events will sort themselves out just as he is declared sane and fit to leave the asylum. I hope it's something better than that.
The producers of LOST have made it very clear that the "inside Hurley's head" theory is not the answer. I, along with you, and I'm sure MANY others would be so bummed out if they did that. I have faith it's going to end in a really solid way.
Oh it's way worse than "all in Hurley's head." Kate wakes up and it was all just a dream. Seriously, I have the same suspicion as Biff. But with a show where everything can change in an instant, who knows?
Well I'll say this much guys, I've read plenty of interviews and articles that say otherwise. I don't want to ruin anything but I think some big changes, as far as characters, will be taking place very soon.
Just saw a promo vid of Sun freaking out in the alt reality when she was next to Locke outside the hospital. It's going to get intense.
It appears that this is where it's heading. If that's the case then Hurley and Sawyer will be killed soon.
In a way I'm glad they killed off 4 people last night. Seriously they had too many story lines going to wrap up. I think Sawyer is going to become the man in black and Jack Jacob. Or vice versa.
