Scud! Wow, is that still going? I used to read that book way back. Was it Drywall, the guy with all the zips?
not still going, and yep it's the one with drywall ... actually i just looked and the last issue that was published came out in 1998. i think i've been using it as a handle for longer than the book was in print.
mine is my name. my real name. my first name. that way if anyone meets me, they don't feel weird about having to call me by some funny name. they will recognize me as "skylar" and then call me that, because it's what everyone calls me.
That's thinking ahead Skylar, I thought the internet was all about making up stupid names, but I guess I was wrong.
It's weird... when I go to KR signings and release parties, people yell out "Locomoco", and I don't even know who they are half the time... I guess I know how Superman feels.
Whoa... now that's scary good... Wow, going to the gym is paying off... look how trim I am. Oh, and my wife was right... a little eyebrow tweezing goes a long way.
How do you think I feel, people yell my dogs name at me. Lisa laughs every time someone calls me Knewnan. I had a old friend with me a qeeology and he hit the floor laughing when someone yelled out "Knewnan". This was not very well thought out. I always used my full name for MSG boards before KR, I don't know why I stopped.
I designed a snowboard for Salomon a while ago and it had a bunch of birds on it. The birds I decided to use in the design were called Plovers. After that the name kind of stuck... Bizarre? Yes, somewhat.
