One of my favorite sets. Took a while to complete as the Evil was on the aftermarket for a milisecond and for a ridiculous price. The clear Bat also looks good with these figures.

I was told those were based on Henshin Cyborgs toys.

It seems that all fight figure lines are influenced by Henshin Cyborgs - from the obvious classic Waldar inspired colorways (Plantman, Satan King and Dukuro King - green/orange - yellow/red - purple/pewter gray) to less obvious ones like the Armored Chaos (Beetleman).

But for the stunning Jyarinko line-up above, that direct a connection never struck me - but maybe its a tribute to the Cyborg rather than Waldar - where the chest sprays represent the internal cyborg machinery which came in gold, silver, blue and pewter editions...but the red hand on the evil throws me - it looks more like a waldar/muton scorch bore arm attachment...mmm...so I dunno, but it made me think....
