Kozik x Marmit x Kaiju Big Battel (updated pic)

Hi, just wondering about this Marmit Sky Deviler



I stumbled across him on JYA, and had that mesmerizing feeling I need to adopt him to stand alongside my Belchors. Don't know too much about the toy or the monster. That leechlike razor sharp mouth of teeth and the spiked knees are cute! Apparently they are discontinued and 9 versions exist. Does anyone know what version this guy is? Found some flicker pics:

Looks sorta like the version in the middle, but resembles more closely the critter on the right of this pic

Is Sky Deviler a space bug? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
