The crisp, vibrant photos of the B-Clubs really make them shine.
Love the colors on those guys!
This is disappointing. The eyes of my B-Club/Popy black and white reissue of Gomess from 2005, looks like the result of paint masking, decent work:
I just got a newer reissue that was sold by Bullmark in 2012 with hand-painted eyes:
I know that eyes aren't easy to do, but I don't have any reissues or even originals that look this bad.
I prefer 100 times the badly painted look of the green Gomess, it is much more expressive I find.
Interesting, i think they both have their merits.
That could be a whole thread. Paint masking Vs. Hand painting for eyes.
This is cool. For the first time, Bullmark is reissuing Ganime. I wonder if Kameba will be making a return, too.
After recently saying i don't buy Sofubi very often, i went and bid on this bad boy. Nowadays i try and make any purchase count, and this one more than fits the bill. The fact he's GID helped. I paid a bit more than i thought i should of, but because i didn't have to pay international postage and customs fees it pretty much evened out ... or thats what i'm telling myself anyway!
Pretty, pretty, pretty ...
you deffo got the nicest B-club from the rare seam of non-fugly sofubi on UK fleabay last week.
Caught Live King trying to be sneaky, but he couldn't stop laughing.
