I remember when Isaac retired we were all kind of freaking wondering if things would ever be the same. I just wanted to say thanks to Josh for doing a kick ass job.

Josh is pretty amazng considering how many of us probably write him about every conceivable toy we can think of... or maybe that's just me... josh has been knocking it out the park with his handling of us beasts... lalon
I was having this conversation with someone the other day. Mentioning how Josh has really stepped up. He's organized, communicates clearly and timely, and makes things go really smoothly. He's also brought some order back to this board. S7 is lucky to have him and the rest of the talented crew.
Have to agree with everyone, Josh had some tough boots to fill since the departure of Ramos but Damn! You are doing an absolute amazing job. Always a Huge help and a real Gentleman. Josh You rock!

Ok, since I can't top everyone's praise, I'll tell a personal story. I preordered the Gold Mist Bigaro when it was up for order, and waited and waited but never got the invoice to pay. The e-mail had been sent to another e-mail account which I rarely use these days, and as a result, I did not pick it up for about a month after it was received. I e-mailed Brian immediately to apologize- certain that it had been sold out by this point- but to my surprise, Brian and Josh totally hooked me up with Bigs, which they had been holding for me all this time. Long story short, you guys are doing a great job with customer service, and your range of JP vinyl in stock is better than ever. Thanks for everything.
100% agreed . . . after reading the horror stories regarding customer service (or complete lack of it) on other toy forums it just re-emphasizes how far ahead Josh and the S7 crew are in the game . . . . great work fellas!
