Over rated and over priced. Just travel to Torrance instead and hit up Alpine Village for real wurst! Or head out to Polka in Glandale I think for some good eats.
def will be in town next saturday and sunday morning/afternoon-ish. So far my only plans are going to the show we're coming for which is at the Roxy on saturday at 4pm. I won't be alone so I need to clear a nerd gathering(even though one of them is a board member) with them but am stoked. I will post something soon.
You might like La Sandia at the new santa monica place. It may seem a little corporate, but the chef special pork carnitas are worth the price of admission, and the tables are large enough to accommodate a group.
I will be around next weekend and (hopefully) finished with my current painting, so I can clean up the studio for a visit if that is still in the cards.
