My stormtrooper armor is finally on it's way but I don't think I'll have enough time to assemble it before halloween. (yeah yeah nerd/geek/dork blah blah blah.)
I'd love a suit of stormtrooper armour. One day. One day. As to suggestions, I always do scarecrow. Tape straw to a vest put a checked shirt over the top. Tape straw to tubeygrips or socks with the ends cut off on your wrists. Old twead jacket and hat, add straw and rips. Bit of face paint and bob's your uncle. The straw itches a bit, but you get used to it. Smoking is a bit of a hazard though!
last year I was a music pirate (take a pirate costume, add an ipod and some burned cds) this year If I dress up, it's going to be as a 60's pop sci-fi space girl
I'm not sure what to do yet, it kind of depends, if I'm handing out candy and scaring kids then I'll probably just wear some monster mask or zombify myself, if I'm going out I'll probably be Travis Bickle.
I had a great idea to get a cookie monster costume and just knock on people's doors and shove all their candy into the mouth and run away. You have to do the cookie eating noise too of course.
