Rotofugi had some really nice Godzillas a few years ago, a clear sparkly and a red one and a few others. They might've been repros but I think they were newer sculpts. Fairly detailed. I can't remember who made them. Anyone know what I'm talking about / have pics?
That is a pretty vague description to start off from, as so many Godzilla figures are constantly being made. Any idea what generation Goji it was, that might narrow it down? And are you talking about all the same sculpt?
Did a quick Google search for rotofugi godzilla glitter and this guy came up. Toygraph. http://www.rotofugi.com/toyscart/pc/Toy ... mGA6RbJVqs
It was 100% Toygraph. They got a bunch of fest Godzilla's before Toygraph got sick. Roto hasn't had any Marmit Goji's since I've been going there.
Ah cool Bryan, thanks for clearing that up. It is a real pity I didn't know that, the TG guys are some of my favs and you so rarely get a chance at any, let alone at retail. I am not sure which the red one would have been then, likely the 'poster' version. Could have maybe been the train one, but I imagine you would have mentioned that.
I picked up the blue paint on green with the plane. He got them just when they opened the new store on Diversey, so 2 1/2 years ago? I kinda lose track, that sounds right though. He still has a couple of Toygraph, but I don't think he has any more goji's?
Yeah it was Toygraph. Lol I totally could've googled it. I might try to find one of these when I have the cash. Thanks guys!
I discovered Toygraph way too late, one of the best actual Kaiju companies in the world. And I mean actual Kaiju, their Godzilla, Hedorah, and Gamera toys are out of this world. I still don't have any Matango from them
