brother, i was so tempted....it just takes mania to a whole new level....not to mention the unmentionable twisted evening the right woman could gift the owner with...
Man, I got a whole COLONY of Deathquids up in the BST. You could get six of 'em for half that price! But the total winner of the show, easily my favorite, is Rich's Galtan. Droooooooooooooooooooool city.
I'm not singling anything out...but I'm totally stunned by some of these pieces I wish I had about $5k to spend right now on toys/art!!! I gotta say thanks to Kirby for doing some serious justice on the photography too...that's a whole lot of toys/art to shoot and they all look fantastic!!!
NATE !! I forgot to PM you, but what the hell might as well just say it. Dude your stuff is some of my favorites. Your painting has become so amazing. I swear I have to do a double take to make sure these are vintage pieces. Just amazing
I had to give it up to the squid for being so out there, but talk about 12 inches of creepy! This is really INCREDIBLE Paul LOVE IT
I posted the same sentiment elsewhere . . . what kind of mind comes up with twisted sh*t like this . . .
Wow! The work that has gone into this show, by the artists, and especially by Kirby and the Rotofugians!!! Have lots of favorites, but I really like these pencil drawings by Elegab.
The Dokugan HP is the first that portrays the nodes on the head as little eyes (a bit like the standard Blob). There are lots of Dokugans and none have emphasized that detail as eyes until this custom.
You and me, both, Bert. I'm still considering putting myself into debt for one of them. Perhaps they'll be gone before I take the leap.
Amazing! Simply Amazing! This Neo Eyezon (I think) is my favorite piece in the show. But in terms of pure sweetness, I can't wait to see this guy in person... he's got bones and guts galore!
Granted the shows opening has passed already, it still bugs me when privileged info is posted to the public. Just sayin'. There were definitely a lot of great pieces in this show. The ones that always catches my eye though is the Tigan, and the light colored Beetlar.
