I will be there first thing on Sunday to get in for the Max Brooks signing at 1:40. If you'll be there then, let's meet up! Send me a PM.

fooey -- I'm going on Saturday! I thought Brooks was going to be there both days. He was one of the main reasons why I wanted to go...that and Ms. Charisma Carpenter, but as stated she punked out.

Just got back from the Fangoria show and it was pretty sleepy, even compared to the Winter Chiller shows. What surprised me was that I didn't recognize anybody among the dealer's or attendees. It was odd. I did come across some custom fodder at one table, though, so it was worth it.

Max Brooks' presentation was good, though, and I got him to sign my copy of World War Z and a Zombie Survival Guide for my brother-in law. I told Max that he was a cop with a gun collection, so he wrote, "To the gun nut: make room, your bro-in-law is moving in with you!"

yeah, saturday was pretty quiet. I got some photos I'll post later tonight. Not a bad convention, although it seemed to be a bit unorganized. The room locations was odd and when I got there they didn't have any schedules to hand out so nobody knew what panel discussions were going on!

I think I walked out of there, though, with an entire box of the "Grudge 2" bag of eyeballs :D
