Cesar is an old skool vinyl collector. He calls it how he sees it whether you be established board member, newbie, or artist to the gods. He's the ultimate egalitarian board member....and in a homogenous land of towing the party line and taking the easy option, what's not to love about that?

Someone told me this adage once when I had just moved to LA from the UK, and was lamenting the discovery that when people I met said "yeah, lets get together", what they really meant was "not in this lifetime": In NY they say: "Fuck You", but mean "have a nice day" In LA they say: "Have a nice day", but mean "Fuck you" After working with both the LA office and the NY office when I worked at Universal Music, I definitely found that to be somewhat accurate.
