Clone666's Batman The Dark Knight armor (homemade)

I've been slaving away at this project for months.
After creating the Batman Begins armor I set out to creat the armor from The Dark Knight.





And now a teaser pic of my almost done Dark Knight version:

The clear parts are lined with actual Kevlar.

Yep, this will be one of my Halloween costumes this year in addition to my Clone trooper costume. Here's some completed pics. It's all letex pieces glued to an accurate mesh undersuit.

HAHAHA that would be the best bank robber outfit ever! The Batman Bandit has struck again!

then the other news guy could chime in after and be like and I thought Batman was the good guy, looks like even super heros are struggling in this economy.

That is hands down the craziest costume I have ever seen someone make completely from scratch.

 

Not to mention the most stressful! I don't care if I ever see clay, hydrocal molding material or liquid latex for a long, long time.
I am DONE for a while.

I could only imagine! The kevlar detail really makes this over the top, simple detail easy to over look, eh nobody will notice, but then WHAM!, please go google a costume contest in your area with a cash prize and big trophy and post the photos after you win.

 

Not to mention it's also bulletproof!
