Email SB with a photo. They seem to be on point with their customer service... I'm sure they would do something for you, assuming the scuff is that predominant.
Really? I thought of that, but I don't really want to have to ship the figure back or anything... I can probably just fix it myself. Looks pretty sweet otherwise.
if it's scuffed, they would replace it. if it's scuffed and you don't want to send it back, don't complain
There was no complainey emoticon on my post, merely a statement of fact In reality, the figure was squeezed into a box that was slightly too thin for it, so it doesn't surprise me. I'll live, though.
There's actually a couple little dings, but the vinyl was so soft and clear that I HAD to open it. Gorgeous.
haven't got mine in yet, but for those of you who have: is the brain actually glitter vinyl? or is it pipe cleaner sparkle showing through in the pics? the anticipation is killing me.
how does one go about trying to remove the brain from the head? i tried and i didn't want to go too far lest i damaged anything. any tips or tricks?
hair dryer dude. heat that vinyl up until it is good and super soft and you can pull that brain right off.
i did think about using the hair-dryer, but the vinyl already felt soft and i didn't really want to end up with a melted brain instead. will try it tonight. thanks! hands are clear vinyl no glitter, the brain is glitter vinyl.
