Celga/ auction bidding service problems

Maybe people need to complain more if Celga are double charging shipping when they forget to send one in the original batch?

I got double charged when Celga "forgot" to include an item and made me pay full on shipping for that one piece to be resent. It's totally a scam.

I can't even imagine how much I would spend using one of these services!
