2. Get app: Flashgot
3. start playing video
4. Watch corner for little film strip icon in the bottom right corner of firefox
5. go to your downloads, there it is.


should be pretty easy. I save youtube clips like this all the time.

 

oh...its not flash-nevermind, but my instructions will work on youtube or other flash video sites. hah
