Can Anyone Identify this toy and its maker?

I recently received this vinyl as a gift and am completely at a loss as to its origin - anyone?

 

I believe that is another figure made my Nakayoshi. The name is Sweetkaiju Kibiros. They have the figure on Kaiju-Taro but the paint is different than the one you have. Nice gift!
