I was going to set up the photo shoot with every Blobpus toy that I own but it would have been quite the undertaking with all the regular Blobs, Docross, Diablo's and mini Doks I have sitting in storage.. not sure why the full size Dokugan sings to me...?? must be the batty wings I think as I prefer them over the Cyclopas probe and skull arm hand thingy that the regular Blobs possess grown men with
It was also the second type of sofubi / kaiju I ever bought after picking up a solid red Choas by RxH.. after that I was hooked for life..

Pretty sure it is. Daniel or one of the other Blobpus experts, can you confirm with certainty?

 

Yes, Dean is correct. Not counting the later DX, that is the only Dokugan in the '420' color scheme (as we have taken to calling it). The name given on Blobpus' website is actually "Green ver." since it was released for 'Greenery Day' (Midori no Hi) in Japan in May 2007.

So the dokugan type a I got was the regular blue and silver sprays the type b I got was a custom 1 off on brown vinyl with rainbow sprays I'll post pics tomorrow but they're amazing!

 

What a pleasant surprise! 1/1 Dokugan Type B.

Another great looking set by Blobpus. Glad I sprang for both this time. Was never really into the gorgonzola sculpt until I saw this paint job. The back of him is really neat too. The paint looks like when an octopus changes colors. Pretty cool effect. Anyone get a one off gorgonzola yet? It was in a black bag.
