That reminds me, when Lucas re-released the original trilogy in the late 1990's Pepsi ran a cross promotion with big R2D2 coolers in convenience stores. At the time I was working at a Wawa and I got to take it home once the promotion was over.... Man, that R2 unit showed up at all of our parties and barbeques full of beer and sodas. good times. phil
Man I still dream of owning one. I had a friend who had one boxed that he got from a 7-11. Will trade big(no pun intended) for one if someone has one of the board.
The Pepsi cooler is classic. It's such an obvious choice, I love it! In a perfect world the R2 unit cooler would be available in stores for everyone. These guys get points for exceptional levels of nerdiness.
